Jason Hackett

Owner, Creative Director/Copywriter

Jason began his career interning for a small ad agency in Troy, NY before signing on for a short stint working for a global ad agency out of St. Louis. He was perfectly content at his job until East coast winters got the best of him. He moved back to his hometown Phoenix, re-launched his career and spent the next fifteen years writing his way up through the ranks of various agencies before opening HAPI in 2009. Jason has written thousands of ads, won hundreds of creative awards, and has grown HAPI into one of the most creative and well-regarded ad agencies in the Southwest.

Abigail Rowley

Marketing Coordinator

Abigail Rowley

Marketing Coordinator

Abigail was brought on as a summer intern at HAPI to learn about the inner workings of an ad agency. By end of her internship, we realized she was a research and analytics whiz. Abigail has knack for campaign metrics and identifying data inconsistencies and will pursue aberrations to learn about their root causes and how they might be beneficial to future campaigns. She helps with content creation for our clients’ social media channels and schedules posts and creates the reporting. Abigail is currently a second-year student at University of Arizona and works with HAPI behind the scenes – BTS as the kids will say – on reporting, social media campaigns and market research.
