HAPI wrote the tagline based on the insight that members take AAA for granted, until they need AAA. And when they need AAA, it’s usually when they are stranded on the side of the road. HAPI was always there when AAA needed us most. We created great campaign after great campaign to promote AAA’s many services, from roadside assistance to battery replacement to insurance to travel planning, all while dramatically raising aided and unaided awareness for their product lines.
