Maricopa County Department of Human Resources

Maricopa County knows there is a stigma about working for government agencies. In its effort to recruit a younger and more diverse workforce, the Human Resources Department hired HAPI to develop an “anti-government” campaign with a more progressive tone. Our colorful campaign with edgier messages delivered a personality that was fun and fresh, and felt more like a start-up then a government entity. And true to the promise of the campaign, we experienced no bureaucracy whatsoever working to get the campaign approved and out the door. HR challenged us to work fast and efficiently and to push the envelope as much as any HAPI client. We loved the results.
